Account details (name, email), the marketing performance data you upload or connect (campaign spend, leads, sales), and the operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
All application data is stored on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany, encrypted in transit (TLS) and with platform credentials encrypted at rest. Daily backups are kept for 14 days on the server and up to 30 days in offsite object storage.
Solely to provide the service: dashboards, AI-generated insights (processed via Google Gemini), alerts and reports for your own organization. We do not sell data, and we never use one customer's data to serve another.
You can request an export or deletion of your organization's data at any time by contacting us. Deletion removes your campaign data, leads, reports, insights and account records from the live system, and backups age out on the schedules above. Tax invoices are the one exception: Saudi law requires us to keep them, so those are retained and the organization record behind them is anonymized instead of erased.
